چكيده

یکی از سخت‌ترین کارها برای ارزیابی عملكرد زنجیره‌ی تأمين، شناسایی معيارهاي کلیدی مناسب است. توسعه معيارها برای کل زنجیره‌ی تأمين بسیار چالش‌برانگیز است و به‌سختی می‌توان معيارهايي را ایجاد کرد که به‌طور کامل عملکرد زنجیره‌ی تأمين را ارزیابی کند و مدیران اغلب به دلیل تعداد زیاد معيارها گیج‌ می‌شوند و عملکرد را به‌جای اینکه در سطح زنجیره تأمين اندازه‌گيري كنند در سطح سازمانی اندازه‌گیری مي‌كنند؛ بنابراین خیلی مهم است که وابستگی‌های داخلی و روابط علی و معلولی بین معیارهای مختلف، برای انتخاب معیارهای کلیدی در ارزیابی عملکرد مشخص شود. در این مقاله پس از بررسی و مشخص کردن معیارهای مختلف ارزیابی عملکرد زنجیره تأمین، با استفاده از تکنیک DEMATEL، روابط علی و معلولی و معیارهای کلیدی مشخص و ترسیم می‌گردد و درنهایت روش پیشنهادی در زنجیره تأمین اداره کل راه‌آهن شرق به‌عنوان یک شرکت گسترده با نیازهای مختلف پیاده‌سازی می‌شود.

Finding key criteria for supply chain performance measurement by using DEMATEL technique(Case study:Shargh Railway)

Abstract

One of the most difficult things to evaluate the supply chain performance is to find out suitable and effective key criteria. It is a very challenging issue to develop criteria for the whole of the supply chain and it would be hard to determine criteria, which measures the supply chain performance completely, and most often the managers are confused about the variety of criteria and they measure performance in the organizational level instead of the supply chain level. Considering this, it is very important to determine internal dependencies and casual relationships between different criteria. In this paper after exploring and determining different criteria to measure the SCM performance, by using the DEMATEL technique, casual relationships and key criteria are determined and plotted and finally the proposed method is applied in Shargh Railway supply chain management as a big company with various requirements.
